SOFIA TORT will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. You can return or exchange the item within 5 days of the date of receipt.

Items on sale are non-refundable or exchangeable and they may have limited damage.

Withing the United States and its territories: via United States Post Service  Priority Mail or Express Priority Mail. To the rest of the world: the shipping service will be decided by the seller depending on the destination.
